This contract allows you to hold people accountable to what they say they are going to do. This keeps the emotion out of it and leaves it to the facts of what is written in the contract.   If someone is out of integrity with their word, what is your system for making it right? But in reality we must serve by focusing on what we can do for them being non-attached to an outcome.  There is a difference between you telling the person that they &#8216;need&#8217; it rather than asking them questions to discover for themselves if they need your product. It is simply a matter of power vs. force.  In the less-effective method you are trying to &#8216;force&#8217; feed your product on someone.  In the later example it is allowing them to come up with the solution themselves. This way you can be clear on what they want and will know wether you can provide the service for them.  If you cannot provide the service for them, make sure you send them to a place that can.  Doing this will create a bond of trust between you and your client. -Garrett J.
